How do reports work in ranked matchmaking?
How do reports work in ranked matchmaking?
You can play with casual players that don’t give a **** about ranked MMR. I recognize that it is challenging to address this issue (so that people do not abuse it), but Valve also recognizes that Dota is addictive and that even a number of bad experiences do not deter people from playing it. Therefore, developers have no incentive to solve this problem.

How Dota ranked matchmaking searching system works
Why can't high-ranked players find the game for 20-30 minutes? To make a long story short, Valve sums up the amount of time that all group participants waited and uses this, so even if you searched for a match for only two minutes, but other participants waited 20 minutes, then the match becomes acceptable.

16:9 vs 4:3: what is better in CS:GO
Did you remember how we play CS 1.6 with 4:3 resolution in 2010'? I was winning the 1x1's lot more and much easier. While the arguments in favor of 16:9 won't lead players to change their gaming settings for CS:GO, we'll at least try to figure out why there is so much controversy between gamers on this "land".

Low priority in Dota 2: what is it and how to get rid of it?
Low priority in Dota 2: what is it and how to get rid of it?
Low Priority in Dota 2 - is the punishment that seems to players for violating various rules or committing any actions. For example, you can get into the LP for multiple abandoned games in a row, cancel several found games, and receive a large number of reports (complaints from players). Steam support states: "Low Priority is a temporary matchmaking penalty applied to accounts that have engaged in behaviors that are detrimental to the community." As you can see, the low priority applies mainly to those players who prevent the typical game for everyone else. However, there are exceptions. For example, you can get punished by disconnected internet or any other problems with your computer (you'll get kicked out of the game and given a few LP matches).

How to last hit creeps accurately?
There are many different terms and actions in Dota 2 that initially seem strange. One of these mysteries is how to make the last hit your and the enemy’s creeps and why you need to do it. Each player must learn a fundamental Dota 2 law: you can get money only when you have killed your opponent. On the other side, you must farm creeps to get a certain amount of exp and gold.

Dire VS Radiant: what is the reason of the misbalance win rate
Dire VS Radiant: what is the reason of the misbalance win rate
Since Garena's time, it’s known that there is a polarity in the win rate between Scourge and Sentinel. This disproportion had persisted in Dota 2 with Dire and Radiant fractions since 2012 when I received an invitation letter from Valve. According to Dotabuff statistics, the same heroes picked by Team Radiant have an average of 3-5-7-9% win index over Dire. This means that you're more reasonably getting the victory with Team Radiant than with Dire. However, why?

Why it’s important to counterpick your opponent
Counterpick – is an in-game option that allows you to neutralize the strengths and advantages of enemy heroes. You can operate your own long-accumulated experience or special soft with prompts to avoid potential opponent threats, which increase your team's chances to get a victory until creeps move lanes. Understanding how to counterpick correctly and competently is a masterpiece ability to defeat an opponent before the battle even starts.
