Howdy! Just imagine the situation when somebody imposes his game “tastes”. It's true, especially when we think back to when fans of Dota 2 and League of Legends "confronted" each other.
Dota 2 mechanics which you’ll never survey in LoL

We’ll not prove with bear’s stupidity dozens of positives and negatives you can highlight in Valve’s central creation. We better describe mechanics and gimmicks that you’ll never survey playing LoL. Let’s cut to the chase!

Dota 2 Source client

First things first, it’s a smart Dota 2 client that LoL fans haven’t. Dota 2 client has all the necessary materials for newbies' training and a more convenient tool for watching live matches, records, and replays. Unlike the LoL account, in Dota 2, you can do several things while looking for a match. For instance, you can test heroes in demo mode or even purchase skins in Steam Market while playing the game and simultaneously upgrade your personage. Dota 2 Source also grants high-speed smooth transition between tabs and the sheer speed of the client.

Heroes models and skins

It's noteworthy that the models of most Dota 2 heroes, due to their variety, especially demons, elves, and monsters characters, animated better than in LoL. Undoubtedly, the skins go well with the characters and ability animations, which look more impactful than in League of Legends. Take it easy, but it’s better to try once than have noodles talking.

In-game mechanics

League of Legends hasn’t a comeback mechanic. In LoL, the game bonuses are not tied to the gold from destroying towers or hero kills if your team has a disadvantage. In Dota, your team can catch a lucky rune, purchase an essential item, or use Smoke of Deceit to gank that could help turn the match around instead. In addition, in Dota 2, correct positioning decides much more often, not overfarm. In LoL, there is a lack of a large number of assassins. Instead of Dota 2, where you have a larger heroes pool that can destroy you in a second.

Moreover, Dota has a variety of “action” items that need to be pressed (dynamic artifacts). For inexperienced LoL players who are used to “right-clicking”, it can be a disaster. Most abilities in Dota 2 either have a vast cast range or are directional, which minimizes the ability to dodge them by outwitting the opponent.

Of course, Dota has a vast of cons, like the slow speed of heroes turning, moving, and ability animations or some unbalanced items. However, year-to-year Dota community grows that’s why these cons are trivial compared to huge TI prize pools. Personally, I enjoy everything users play, professionally or 4 fun.
