The 33 year old joined the Czech esports organization in November 2022 after the TITANS project dissolved, dedicating over two years to the organization. During his tenure, oskar maintained an impressive 1.13 average rating. However, a title win eluded him during his time with SINNERS, with the team making it to the Grand Finals of countless tournaments, including multiple Tipsport Cups and PGL Major Copenhagen 2024 European Open Qualifier.
He also played an integral role in helping SINNERS qualify for the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 Europe RMR. Despite securing wins against Dynamo Eclot and SAW, the team narrowly missed out on a Major spot following a loss to GamerLegion in a 1:2 series.
oskar’s departure marks SINNER’s third roster change in the offseason, following the exits of coach Tomáš "Tomkeejs" Tomka and rifler Michal "majky" Švancara in late December. Just days before that SINNERS had announced the renewal of in-game leader Sebastian "beastik" Daňo.
These changes come as little surprise to fans, as the team’s momentum has been stagnant for some time. While SINNERS did secure a victory at the CCT Season 2 Europe Series 11 after defeating GamerLegion – their first international tournament win since 2021 – and climbed from 68th to 32nd in the global rankings, they struggled to capitalize on this success. Their performance faltered on the big stages, highlighting the need for significant roster changes.
The team’s updated roster consists of: Sebastian "beastik" Daňo, Max "SHOCK" Kvapil, and Josef "MoriiSko" Maurenc.
What did SINNERS say?
The SINNERS official X account announced their farewell to oskar, expressing their admiration for his time with the organization: “A legend, an amazing friend, the GOAT, one of a kind. As of today, we’re parting ways with oskar as he’s being sold and transferred to a different organization. We are beyond grateful for everything you’ve done for us during your time here and we wish you only the best in your future endeavours. Once a SINNER, always a SINNER. Thank you for everything, oskáro.”
