HOW TO CLIMB DOTA 2 RANKS

Sometimes being an immortal player may lead to a professional playing career for amateurs. Naturally, if you have what it takes, you may even rise up the Dota 2 rank tier list to replace Abed.
RESETTING YOUR MMR FOR RECALIBRATION
Considering how highly regarded MMR is, resetting your MMR is a way to calibrate your current MMR in the hopes of getting a better one. That being said, the biggest improvement that can be anticipated is between 400 and 500 MMR, so don't plan on going from a Legend to Divine medal with only one recalibration.
Keep a record of your original MMR before resetting your MMR since it will be concealed. Ten calibration matches must be played in order to determine your new MMR. The MMR gain or loss during these calibration matches will differ from the typical 30 MMR.
Players take advantage of this chance to perform at their peak during these matches by selecting either their heroes with the greatest winrates or meta selections.
