The 18th agent for Valorant, Neon is a native of the Philippines. Duelist Neon has a high entry and carry potential. Although she has a regrettable image as a run-down agent in the community, she has tremendous potential and a high skill ceiling.

VALORANT NEON GUIDE – SKILLS

Q (Relay Bolt): Throws an energy bolt called a "relay bolt" that bounces off the first surface it contacts. Agents in the region where the energy bolt strikes will experience concussions (bounce off + ultimate placement). Neon can buy two relay bolts, giving him the ability to successfully stun four different areas.

E (High Gear): Switching to E will drain Neon's energy and increase her speed. Neon is unable to use her pistol while the ability is toggled. Right clicking will enable her to slide on the ground and rapidly draw her rifle while toggled and running. The slide resets after two kills but can only be used once. This ability excels at close quarters, particularly when used with shotguns like the judge or shorty.

C (Fast Lane): Light two walls on fire to surround Neon on all sides. Like Phoenix's wall, they obstruct vision and do harm to agents that travel through them, but they do not heal Neon.

X (OVerdrive): Neon may cast lightning by holding the left click, causing very constant damage to foes, thanks to X-Overdrive. While moving, this lightning is very precise, however while leaping, it is not. A "clip" in the illumination is present, but it is followed by a brief regeneration. Although Overdrive has a timer, it resets after each kill.

VALORANT NEON TIPS – IMPROVE WITH A FEW EASY STEPS

C (Fast lane): Fast Lane cannot be bent like a Phoenix wall, which might force Neon to come into direct contact with the enemy's line of sight. Neon players at lower tiers are extremely eager about leveraging her usefulness and making hasty attempts to enter the site. A simple piece of advice would be to first clear the angle, either by wide peeking with your gun out or by encouraging your teammates to do so before casting fast lane.

Q (Relay bolt): It is crucial to remember that Neon's relay bolt has a respectable radius, penetrates barriers, and strikes two targets. The relay bolt's last point, which may also concuss targets, is totally ignored by most Neon players, who only use the relay bolt's initial bounce radius. Knowing a couple angles or lineups can let you use Neon to the most extent possible. By doing so, you'll be able to utilize relay bolt to knock foes out more often while lowering the chance that it may hurt your squad.

E (High Gear): Neon has the capacity to outrun and outrotate any agent of Valor. Neon's high gear gives her the movement speed to outrotate opponents, despite the fact that defenders can often rotation quicker owing to the layout of most levels. Neon may rapidly take the bomb and go to the opposite site in circumstances when the whole defense can be seen nearby or at the same location, allowing her squad to get the spike down early. When Neon is within audio cue range, gun noises may effectively cover the sound of her footfall, which do create some noise.

E (High Gear): When tackling difficult angles, it is advisable to utilize the high gear slide primitively. Enemies will have less time to react as a result of your gun being drawn out more quickly. Even while it could occasionally be "wasted" if there are no foes around, you have at least successfully cleared off an angle.

X (Overdrive): If her adversaries do not headshot her, Neon can easily win duels with to X-Overdrive's incredibly potent damage overtime. To prevent being instantaneously headshot when utilizing overdrive, you need always be moving. Move perpendicularly rather than toward adversaries if you are in command and have the upper hand in a "run and gun" situation to hinder their ability to find you.

STRENGTHS

Cypher: Cypher's trip wire and cage setups effectively block Neon's shots because of her high gear abilities. Because of this, Cypher may simply sneak up on Neon using aural cues and assassinate her before her squad has a chance to respond. Neon often gets snagged by trip wires because of her rapid movement when attempting access, particularly if Cypher sets them in hard to find spots.

If Killjoy is in range, Neon's spin will be detected by Killjoy's turret, which will also delay Neon. In addition to slowing down with each shot, the turret compels Neon to switch off her High gear movement speed in order to remove her gun and demolish the turret, which lessens the effect of her rapid rotations.

Neon may not have the highest win rate or KD, but if you take the time to study certain lineups, have general thoughtfulness, and don't just run it down, she has a lot of potential. Neon is appropriate for use in all Valorant ranks and offers both a powerful ultimate in lower ranks and a significant edge for powerful macro plays in higher ranks.
