VALORANT NEON GUIDE – SKILLS
Q (Relay Bolt): Throws an energy bolt called a "relay bolt" that bounces off the first surface it contacts. Agents in the region where the energy bolt strikes will experience concussions (bounce off + ultimate placement). Neon can buy two relay bolts, giving him the ability to successfully stun four different areas.
E (High Gear): Switching to E will drain Neon's energy and increase her speed. Neon is unable to use her pistol while the ability is toggled. Right clicking will enable her to slide on the ground and rapidly draw her rifle while toggled and running. The slide resets after two kills but can only be used once. This ability excels at close quarters, particularly when used with shotguns like the judge or shorty.
C (Fast Lane): Light two walls on fire to surround Neon on all sides. Like Phoenix's wall, they obstruct vision and do harm to agents that travel through them, but they do not heal Neon.
X (OVerdrive): Neon may cast lightning by holding the left click, causing very constant damage to foes, thanks to X-Overdrive. While moving, this lightning is very precise, however while leaping, it is not. A "clip" in the illumination is present, but it is followed by a brief regeneration. Although Overdrive has a timer, it resets after each kill.

C (Fast lane): Fast Lane cannot be bent like a Phoenix wall, which might force Neon to come into direct contact with the enemy's line of sight.
