VALORANT NEON GUIDE – SKILLS

Q (Relay Bolt): Throws an energy bolt called a "relay bolt" that bounces off the first surface it contacts. Agents in the region where the energy bolt strikes will experience concussions (bounce off + ultimate placement). Neon can buy two relay bolts, giving him the ability to successfully stun four different areas.

E (High Gear): Switching to E will drain Neon's energy and increase her speed. Neon is unable to use her pistol while the ability is toggled.
