NaVi vs OUTSIDERS: IEM Road to Rio 2022

The last match between these teams was more than a year ago. Previously, there were many intrigues, rumors, and myths between these teams about changing the composition of players to rivals. Now everything is different. There are NaVi, who did not play the best way in the EPL, and the Outsiders - a team that showed worthy competition that only a few people expected from this team. Mirage

NaVi starts the match for the attack side. Despite the open-frag from the Outsiders, NaVi manages to plant the bomb and play a good trade. S1mple and sdy, from the first rounds, began to show a high level of play and the ability to work together perfectly as one mechanism. 

Outsiders don't try to pin down opponents, which means they lose in 4 rounds. A big mistake on the defensive side is playing passively for retakes. NaVi changed the pace of the game closer to the 10th round. The passive play of the Ukrainian team creates a swing in the game, and the teams take turns winning the rounds. 

The defense side managed to adapt to the pace of NaVi. Outsiders prevent NaVi from doing quality splits. That allows the defense side to play a comfortable exchange. Score 8:7 in favor of the Outsiders. Change of sides. The first rounds for the attack side of the Outsiders showed aggression, constant splits, and a change of pace. 

The defense side could not stop this pace of the game. After several lost rounds, NaVi got a second breath. The defense side successfully adapted to the aggression of the enemy. NaVi began to make counterattacks, change the pace and force the enemy to do disadvantageous splits. Unfortunately, many wrong moves were made by b1t: aggressive attacks out of timing and careless defensive play. 

At the end of the match, both teams took turns taking rounds. 14:13 in favor of NaVi. Duo s1mple-sdy had an incredible impact on every round. The constant active play of these players created trouble for opponents throughout the game. NaVi won Mirage. It was clear that Jame did not significantly impact the game; this player needed more active play.

Inferno

The Outsiders started the second match on the attacking side. The first rounds of the Outsiders tried to do splits, but NaVi confidently eliminated the opponents one by one. The defense side confidently won 3 rounds. What needs to be added is a quick correct decision by the captain of the Outsiders. After one won round, the Outsiders again came under pressure. 

NaVi successfully controls almost the entire map, which makes opponents feel limited. NaVi began to respond to the passive play of the attack with an active play from aggressive positions. Again s1mple tarted to complement perfecto. Ukrainians confidently took the first half of the game with a score of 13:2. Again, Jame tries to win the game passively. 

Opponents need to adapt to the NaVi game. Nothing has changed in the second half of the game. NaVi pressed the opponents more and more, and the Outsiders responded to this with classic defensive tactics. From the side of the defense, there needed to be a better-coordinated stubborn game. All the team spirit of the Outsiders evaporated. A confident victory for NaVi. The minimum number of mistakes and new young blood in the team in the form of sdy did not give even one chance to the opponents.
