Tournaments from Blast are the best in CS:GO?
How many imperfect challenges did you watch for the last year? The organizers of eSports tournaments have increasingly begun to neglect their duties and not live up to the expectations that are placed on them. Increasingly, teams, players, and fans have begun to complain about the poor organization, incorrect display of broadcasts, problems when playing playoffs in open arenas, and even non-compliance with the rules for any event during COVID-19. Fortunetly, CS:GO scene isn't full of such "management" and BLAST orgs brightly demonstrate it.

Faceit Pro League: story of CS:GO challenge event
In big sports, professional athletes train at the best facilities, where club owners invest a lot of money. In eSports, it's the same: top teams live in gaming houses where employees maintain their households while they train in front of powerful computers. But what about what happens inside the game on the servers? Dota has an MMR system, but what do CS players have to do? Play regular MMR games against global elites with a 64 tickrate? And Faceit thought the same way and, in 2015, sent out a letter to pro players asking them to evaluate their idea: they suggested forming a closed league for CS players of the highest level where only two new players can qualify in a season. All players happily approved of the idea, and Faceit started to implement it.

How ALAWAYSWANNAFLY helped Talon Esports reach TI
On November 16, 2021, the Talon Esports organization signed the first roster: Gabbi, Mikoto, kpii, Hyde, and Fly. The team successfully passed through the open qualifiers of the SEA 2021/2022 Tour 1. The roster was assembled from famous players, so they initially had high ambitions, namely, an uncontrolled exit from the first place, no less. But, unfortunately, the guys did not play well and got a disastrously negative result - 5th place in the second division. Thus, the roster did not last long because already on January 19, 2022, Fly and Gabbi left the team.
