Dota 2 best Arcana that looks awesome

Game "clothes" are divided according to novelty, expensiveness, and special ranks of importance. Of all the skins, only a few can be called truly unique - these items are called "Arcana". Their price depends on the hero and his available gems. In some cases, Arcana can cost hundreds of dollars, if it has rare gem animations. "Arcana" what is it?

Since 2014, after The International, the turn of heroes to create Arcanas began to be determined by the players themselves. Yes, a vote was held, the results of which determined only one character - a rare novelty was released for him. For example, in 2018, Pudge - one of the most famous and popular heroes of the game - became such a lucky person. Arcanas have currently been released for the following heroes: Windranger, Queen of Pain, Wraith King, Ogre Magi, Earthshaker, Pudge, Rubick, Io, Monkey King, Zeus, Crystal Maiden, Phantom Assassin, Shadow Fiend, Techies, Terrorblade, Legion Commander and Lina.

Hardly any arcana is attractive. Confirmation of this is the first arcana from the entire line - Fiery Soul of the Slayer on Lina. The item has unique animations, replaces skill icons, and adds even more “fire” to Lina, but it's not as impressive as it is on other characters. That is why this skin is cheaper than others on all platforms. 

Well, as they say, the first pancake is a lump. It costs about $26. In 2014, the appearance of the Shadow Fiend was seriously redesigned. The reason was numerous players complained that such a strong character has such an unappealing appearance. Along with the character update, Valve released a new arcana called Demon Eater.

Wraith King

The history of WK’s Arcana is a tribute to the players of the Dota Allstars. For the donkey’s time, there was no such character as the Wraith King. His first model was the Skeleton King. Actually, that's why the hero was given an Ult in the form of revival because skeletons can be hidden an infinite number of times, but they will still rise.

The skeleton model was later replaced by the ghost king, but fans were able to play as the original hero again by obtaining Battle Pass level 375. Arcana restores the Phantom Queen to his skeletal form, transforming his servants as well. "Noise and Storm" is a flashback to the original "King of Dota". New Arcana gives a new hero portrait, updates the icons, and makes the King glow with hellfire.

Ogre Magi

Ogre’s Arcana is called Flockheart's Gamble, and it's definitely one of the most attractive skins in Dota universe. First and foremost, Arcana provides an amusing mount. Ogre’s Arcana also changes a lot of attacks and spell animations, item usage, portraiture, and yada yada yada. According to my surveys, high MMR players usually have this Arcana, because, at that level, this hero is played very often. The good news is that this Arcana is tradeable, meaning you can buy it whenever you want. 

Windranger

According to a Reddit user poll, most Dota 2 fans think the Windranger Arcana is the best arcana in the game. The Windranger item from the Battle Pass 2020 got the most votes. Fiery Soul of the Slayer finished last in that category.

All Arcanas Dota 2 are good in their own way, it's just a matter of taste. I would like to see such rare items on all heroes, but considering that Valve releases one arcana per year, we will have to wait for it for a very long time.
