I remember times of Garena and Dota Allstars, where you should memorize a bunch of mechanics, tricks, and prohibitions, and every match was an “examine” of your psyche. Dota has been simplified so much that you have enough information from the items and abilities descriptions. Beginners haven't even heard about – “apso” mode or Mini-Pudge, dropped out of the opponent’s Crystal. Let's remember some of the abuses, items, and mechanics permanently removed from the game.
